How Much Do You Know About Pasco County?
Date and Time
Friday Feb 21, 2020
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM ESTProgram Topic = How Much Do You Know About Pasco County?
This question will be asked with members and guests of the Pasco County Historical Society during a special presentation open to the general public. Interesting facts not always included in the history of Pasco County will connect the names of James Brown, B.B. King, James Bond, Calvin Coolidge, and the Bellamy Brothers with the history of the county. Of note will be the man who re-built Atlanta after the Civil War and brought the first railroad to Dade City. Everyone present will also be introduced to Martha Fountain of Zephyrhills, who has a unique connection with Abraham Lincoln. Meet the actor who appeared on television shows like "The Beverly Hillbillies," the "Dick Van Dyke Show" and "Bewitched." Learn more about one of the most remote areas of Pasco County that is still a favorite stomping-ground for the Florida Panther during this presentation. And the woman who celebrated a birthday with Lawrence Welk.
