Ernestine established her first salon in 1995 doing hair, skin, nails and massages, located in St. Petersburg. After a few years Ernestine came across a business opportunity to invest in the health industry by purchasing a vitamin store, GNC, in New Tampa, she decided to sell her salon for a profitable price and moved.

Her focus turned more toward the health industry, where she learned about different types of skin, hair and nails and how they can be treated from a holistic standpoint. As life has it, she became a mom while obtaining her credential in Early Childhood Education (40 hours, CDA and later her Director Credential) which kept her busy teaching in the private and public sector as well as managing nearby local Salons in need of professional and experienced help.

Ernestine and her husband Jason decided to start up the beauty business again. This year, officially opening in Dade City post quarantine. Their goal is to keep growing and expanding. Along with their daughter Brianna's help, who has been inspired by her mother, is currently earning her degree in business as well as handling the marketing aspect of the salon.
