Introduction to Wellness in Motion is a uniquely designed virtual fitness education class catering to the needs of patients preparing for bariatric surgery. This online class is taught by our expert exercise physiologists/exercise specialists and helps patients understand fitness and nutrition basics and the value of planned movements and resistance exercises during the active phase of weight loss and beyond.

The course will provide a variety of planned movements patients can easily incorporate into their daily routine. Ample time will be provided at the end of each session for questions and answers.
