Saint Leo University’s Department of Criminal Justice is converting its 2020 Summer Institute to a seminar delivered through a digital platform. The summer institute’s topic is “The Art of Identifying, Investigating and Apprehending Serial Killers, Spree Killers and Murderers: An Interactive Learning Experience.”
The course will highlight the differences among three categories of killers and discuss the investigative techniques that should be employed by law enforcement in these cases.
