Premier Community HealthCare Group is THE answer to your primary medical needs, including adult, pediatric, OB/GYN, dental, behavioral health and limited pharmacy services.

Have insurance? We accept most insurances and welcome those with Medicare, Medicaid, KidCare and others.

For those without insurance, based on your total household income and the number of individuals living in your household, you may qualify for discounted fees.

Proof of income must be presented to be considered for our discounted fees.
Co-payments are due at the time of your visit.

The Premier Community HealthCare Group, Inc. was founded in 1979 as a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, under the leadership of a Community Board of Directors. All of our offices are staffed with healthcare professionals providing comprehensive high quality, cost-efficient healthcare. Our providers include a team of Board Certified and Board Eligible physicians, complimented by Certified Nurse Practitioners and Certified Nurse Midwives.

We have been providing comprehensive primary health care in East Pasco for 30 years and will soon expand our family services county wide.
