Please Volunteer or Donate Today!  Visit our Website for More Information.

East Pasco Habitat LogoThrough the work of East Pasco Habitat for Humanity, low-income families have found new hope in the form of affordable housing. Churches, community groups and others have joined together to successfully tackle a significant social problem - decent housing for all.
Today, Habitat for Humanity worldwide has built more than 300,000 houses, sheltering more than 1.5 million people in more than 3,000 communities worldwide.Habitat Photo

Through volunteer labor and monetary and material donations, Habitat builds and rehabilitates simple, decent houses with our homeowner/partner families

Habitat is a partnership program.  In addition to monthly mortgage payments
homeowners invest hundreds of hours of their own labor (sweat equity) into
building their Habitat home and the houses of others.

Habitat houses are sold to partner families at cost and financed with
zero-interest, affordable loans. Every mortgage payment continues to help
more families in perpetuity. Every home built is an endowment.

RePurpose, ReCycle, ReUse, ReStore!
Habitat ReStore sells new and used building materials, furniture, and home improvement items to the general public.  All materials are donated by local retail businesses, building contractors,
suppliers and individuals then sold to the public at 50% to 90% below retail prices. We also recycle aluminum cans, paper products, ink cartridges and cell phones. All donations are tax deductible,
and proceeds go back to East Pasco Habitat for Humanity to build simple, decent affordable housing for families in our community.
